ERP systems

One system from purchase to invoice.

The problem

Your data lives in spreadsheets, a stock tool and an accounting package that do not talk. Staff re-key the same numbers. Costs slip through: storage you never recharge, invoices that never go out, duty tables that are out of date.

What you get

What is in the box when we are done.

  • Process map of how goods, money and documents move today
  • Data model for products, stock, clients, suppliers and locations
  • Purchase, sales and invoicing workflows with your approval steps
  • Double-entry ledger with reversals instead of edits
  • Tax and duty rules with effective dates, held per jurisdiction so a new market is added as data, not as new code
  • Links to your accounting tool, store and suppliers
  • Staff roles and permissions, audit trail
  • Data migration from your current tools

How it works

The steps, in order.

  1. Step 1: Discovery sprint

We map your process and agree the first module.

  2. Step 2: First module live

Usually stock and purchasing. You use it while we build the next.

  3. Step 3: Ledger and invoicing

Every transaction posts to the books automatically.

  4. Step 4: Integrations

    Accounting, e-commerce and partner systems.

  5. Step 5: Run

Monthly support and new features as you grow.

Questions we hear

Why not buy an off-the-shelf ERP?

Often you should. We build when your trade has rules the big packages handle badly, like bonded stock or client-owned goods.

Can we move over gradually?

Yes. We go live module by module and run alongside your old tools until you are ready.

Will it talk to our accounting software?

Yes. Bacchus ERP posts its ledger to Xero through a queue that retries on failure.

Who owns the data?

You do. It sits in your database and you can export it.

How long does an ERP take?

It depends on scope. We build in stages, so the first module can go live while the next ones are built. You get a timeline in the written scope.
