What we use
Cookies and similar technologies (such as local and session storage) are small pieces of data kept in your browser. We keep to the minimum:
- Strictly necessary storage makes the site work and remembers your choices. It needs no consent.
- Statistics use a cookieless service: nothing is stored on your device, so no consent is needed.
- Embedded media from YouTube (Google) and Cal.com loads only after you click to load it or allow it. Until then no request goes to those companies.
- Marketing: we use none today. Any we add later stays off until you allow it.

Third parties
YouTube / Google hosts the walkthrough videos in our case studies, through the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com address. When a video loads, Google receives your IP address and device details and may set cookies under its own policy.
Cloudflare provides the spam check on the contact form and the website assistant. Cal.com provides booking. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Change your choices
Your choice is kept for 12 months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time.
You can also delete stored data in your browser settings; the site will then ask for your choice again.
